Do you manage other vendors as part of the project?
Yes — vendor management is a core part of what we do. We source vendors, negotiate on your behalf, coordinate their work, and hold them accountable to the project timeline. You deal with one contact: us.
How are architecture and PM services priced?
Our architecture and PM rate starts at $150/hr. For well-defined projects, we can offer fixed-price project quotes so you know the total cost upfront. We’ll discuss pricing options during the initial consultation based on your project scope.
Can you work alongside our existing IT staff or vendors?
Absolutely. We work collaboratively with internal teams and existing vendors. We can step in as a project lead, a subject matter expert, or fill a specific gap — whatever the project needs.
What do we get at the end of the project?
Every project includes a full documentation package — network diagrams, system documentation, vendor contacts, credentials (securely stored), and a walkthrough of everything that was built. Nothing stays in someone’s head or laptop when we’re done.
